What Is ‘First Network’?
Ebizproduction manages, develops and animates the whole network.
First Mediterranean is a network of portal websites developed for each country
bordering the Mediterranean Sea in English and French. Lebanon and Jordan are
the two countries in which the project has been initiated; it has now expanded
to PACA region (south east of France) Morocco, and Egypt. |

Each portal provides business and tourism news
on weekly basis. To achieve this, e-bizProduction is backed with local media partnerships
and companies' owners are asked to react on the actuality of events in their sectors.
Today, over 500 companies are affiliated to the network, including Group ABN Amro,
Group BNP Paribas, Group Accor, Renault, Peugeot, Sheraton, UPS, DHL, Europcar,
Avis, Hertz, Holiday Inn, Arab Bank, and other companies of the same caliber.
In addition to the introduction of all the main economic fields of activity, the
leading companies are presented on a sub-domain website. It summarizes the company's
website, or allows a first presentation of the company on the internet including
a products/services page, an on-line information request form and a company profile
hosted on a perfectly indexed, promoted and visited business portal. |

Every local partner brings its knowledge of the national economic set-up into
the network, enabling companies affiliated to the network initiate business relationships,
find partners, and distribute their products.
The added value that ‘First Network’ gives to its affiliate companies
is the worldwide exposure over the Internet. A comprehensive indexation of all
sites has been carried out and they rank among the first answers of the leading
search-engines for business and tourism related keywords. The average number of
unique visits per month is 165000, for approximately 858.000 pages seen.
Each month, a newsletter is sent to all the managing directors and decision makers
of the companies affiliated to the network. This newsletter includes economic
and general information about countries where the network is established and can
include information about member companies.
Members have access to different tools that can help them promote their companies
further and find potential clients and partners / distributors. The tools are
detailed as follows:
· News Releases: members may post news releases in the news section
on the first page on any of the FIRST sites (Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Morocco,
and France).
· Business Opportunities: members may post any business opportunity
on any of the FIRST sites (Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Morocco, and France).
· Dedicated Newsletter: members may send their customized newsletter
to all other members and mailing list subscribers upon request.
ebizProduction always receives feedback from its members to remain up-to-date
on their needs and to plan on improving the services and on adding more tools
that work towards the purpose of the network. On the portal sites, there are a
list of the exhibitions and trade shows, a copyright-free pictures database, the
currencies exchange rates in real time, a presentation of the main tourist sites
and short cuts to the local e-commerce web sites. Soon there will be an area for
local and international tenders, and a secure area accessed by username and password
for members. In this secure area of the portal sites, members can request a quotation,
quote, and promote products and services or any business opportunities to selected
members rather than being posted in the public area.

Mideast Assistance : this company concluded
a deal with 2 European assistance companies so as to be their representative for
the whole Middle East.
Sodeco Gestion : we started working with this
company in 2000. There was no Internet connection in their offices. Through their
presence on 1st Lebanon, they generated a turnover of $60,000 the first year.
We are now handling the whole Internet strategy for them.
